The oldest song on Magical Worlds. Over a period of three years, it was recorded 4 times with slightly different arrangements. It was once called Sweet Surrender until a slightly different structure defined Cover Me as the hook, both musically and lyrically. That’s me playing harmonica reminding myself just how it all started; simply. The lines “It takes time and understanding, but in its way love is binding” are special to me. I placed the song last out of respect for the song as it is one of the oldest and nearest to my heart.
